All of our bars have a base of five ingredients meant to fuel you for longer, so you can push harder and get things done. In each Elevate Me bar you will find:

Whey Protein Isolate
A nutritional supplement derived from milk protein, whey isolate has all the properties you want in a food. Though whey can be processed into three different forms including whey isolate, whey concentrate, and whey hydrolysate, we choose to include only isolate in our products for many reasons. Whey isolate is filled with a very high level of protein, and quality is key when it comes to our products. This type of whey protein is also digested extremely quickly, which acts as a way to help muscles recover after workouts by efficiently transitioning the body from a catabolic (muscle-degenerating) state to an anabolic (muscle-enhancing) state. Whey isolates are less allergenic than other protein concentrates and can be produced nearly lactose free, carbohydrate free, fat free, and cholesterol free.
Raisins
Raisins are incredibly versatile. Not only do they provide us with a way to sweeten our products naturally without adding unnecessary refined sugar, they also pack a punch with some exceptional health benefits. As a good source of potassium and magnesium, raisins are very efficient at detoxifying blood and preventing acidosis, which is increased acidity of the blood. Raisins are also high in iron to fight anemia, and are a significant source of boron which helps keep bones healthy and strong.
Dates
Dates have numerous health benefits. They prevent intestinal problems by increasing the number of helpful bacteria in the digestive tract. These dried fruits are rich in dietary fiber, meaning that they prevent the absorption of cholesterol and are a great way to keep your heart healthy and happy. Dates also contain properties that help maintain a healthy nervous system and strengthen tooth enamel.
Almonds
Almonds are an important nutritional resource that frequently get overlooked, which is why we include them in all of our bars. When it comes to heart health, it is hard to beat almonds. They reduce heart attack risk, lower cholesterol and they protect arterial walls from damage which prevents heart disease. The phosphorus in almonds helps keep teeth and bones strong, and they are also a great source of healthy fats that aid in weight loss. Almonds also promote brain function and reduce the chance of Alzheimer’s disease.
Apples
It’s true! An apple a day really does help keep the doctor away. Apples help protect against metabolic syndrome - which can lead to heart disease and diabetes. Coupled with their high levels of fiber that makes apples both nutritious and delicious. The fruit is also known to reduce the risk of pancreatic, liver, colon and breast cancers. High levels of antioxidants contribute to glowing skin and fighting off free radicals.
Cranberries
Delicious and filled with natural goodness! Their antibacterial properties prevent stomach ulcers and oral bacteria that leads to halitosis. Cranberries also protect the eyes from disorders like cataracts, muscular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy, and are a natural treatment for kidney stones and urinary tract infections. Finally, this particular berry is known for contributing to weight loss. All of our bars have cranberries except for the Banana Almond bar.
